Bringing Agentic 3D Modeling to Market for AEC and Beyond

Introducing a new way to design in 3D.

illoca is building Plamo, an agentic 3D modeling tool for architects, engineers, and designers. Slow Construct joined as a fractional Head of Marketing to connect product positioning, launch communications, and community as the company brought Plamo to market.

OUR ROLE

Fractional Marketing Leadership · Positioning · Launch Strategy · Content Strategy · Email Marketing · Community Programming · Paid Media

THE LAUNCH

We shaped Plamo’s launch around vibe modeling, giving an emerging approach to 3D design a clear narrative. An ongoing campaign brought together product demonstrations, founder communications, creative content, email, and live programming.

BUILDING MOMENTUM

Beyond the launch, we established recurring content and onboarding communications, developed the illoca Shapers community strategy, and supported webinars and international programming, from a product launch party in Williamsburg to a vibe modeling meetup in Tokyo.

RESULTS

Plamo launched publicly in beta with a coordinated content strategy, earned coverage, and paid media campaign. illoca gained a repeatable framework for communicating product updates and engaging its design community.
